The business ID will be added once the company is registered.

What data is processed

Soittovahti processes data about two groups.

Contact persons of client businesses: name, phone number, email and the contact form message.

People who called a client business: phone number, the content of text messages, details collected in the conversation such as name, town and a description of the matter, and timestamps.

What the data is used for

To handle the text conversation after a missed call and to pass the lead on to the client business. The data is not used for marketing and is not disclosed to third parties for other purposes.

Role

Soittovahti acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of the client business. The client business is the controller of its own customers' data. For contact form data, Soittovahti is the controller.

Services used and transfers outside the EU

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the client relationship is in force. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, and deletion is carried out within a week.

Opting out of messages

Replying STOP or LOPETA to a text message stops the messages permanently. The opt-out is stored and no further messages are sent to the number.
